Amazing looking fish, shrimp and plants! I have teeny tiny crypt parva in my 20 long. Prob 20 individuals spread out. I wanted slow growth so minimal maintenance….you just confirmed just how slow they’ll be. Thank you for taking us along😁☮❤🐠🦐🪴

I heard he goes behind the barn so no one sees his workout. It has been rumored that he starts his workout and then gets distracted by the lizzards flexing and showing they can do more push-ups than him. The testosterone takes over and he spends the next half-hour trying to out compete a Florida lizzard...🦎

Hey man, awesome content! I like what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. I’m just starting up a fish room and I’m definitely borrowing some information/philosophy from you. If I’m ever down in Florida it’d be great to check out your place and help out for a day and do some on sight learning. Have a good one!

I've been trying to grow ludwigia arcuata for a good while now and i finally got it to grow well by making my own natural compost, no potting, or liquid fetts have worked to get it looking like your ludwigia arcuata, is there a fertilizer you can recommend to me ?
@LRBaquaticsАй бұрын
I actually quit using fertilizers a long time ago. Sometimes it can take a bit to transition. Did you get the arcuata from me? If water is too hard can make it harder to get it going but once it does it does pretty good.
@victoralba6796Ай бұрын
I think i have a different variety ludwigia arcuata. I got mine on ebay from plants factory.

😮 that weird algae looks like the one that Cory got in his tanks and it did spread to other tanks, he had never seen it before either. He ended up redoing those tanks to get rid of it. Strange stuff.
@LRBaquatics5 ай бұрын
Well sounds like I should just get rid of it. I’ve never seen it spread and it’s been around along time.
@chia_pet71215 ай бұрын
This doesn't look like what Corey has. Off hand, would say the stuff Corey has might be a freshwater sponge? Need a better look at the stuff, but the green color suggests chlorophyll. The stuff I see here kinda looks like a fungus or a bacteria/bug infestation that is living off the larger stem of the plant. Definitely would not transfer anything from that tank into another large stem plant tank. Ask Plant Lady to take a look at it?

@@chia_pet7121 Interesting, hope we can get a positive ID from someone for LRB's and Cory's.

Your aquariums look better every time you show them😊. Does plants look amazing. What fish would you recommend to help with algea, I have lots and are growing over my plants 😅
@LRBaquatics5 ай бұрын
Flagfish and trout goodieds or just manually remove is best and do water changes right after removal. Than add more plants or grow the plants out.

I don’t think that is regular ludwigia arcuata, leaves are too thick. At a glance it looks like ludwigia brevipes or ludwigia arcuata x repens (a hybrid).
@LRBaquatics5 ай бұрын
Now that you mention it. I think it is the repens hybrid. I’ve had it for over 10yrs now.
