I often wonder what the evangelical side comes away with after an encounter like this. Any true, searching, person would start to question their presuppositions after such a thorough dismantling.

That would require they use their brains. The fact they’re calvinists says that’s a tall order.

Well done, Travis. They say words. But those words don't make any sense. These 2 boys have been told for a long time that, despite non-sensical explanations about the Trinity, so long as those incoherent things apply to their religious beliefs, they still are true. What they don't realize is that incoherence and contradiction in theological areas are still incoherent and contradictory.

27:15 all about Kingship theology. Angels are not Kings and Priests of the most high. And since Jesus is identified as a priest after the order of Melchizedek (in reality, Melchizedek is a priest after the order of the Son) this opens the opportunity to receive this same kingship and priesthood to all worthy before the Lord, having been cleansed by his blood, and washed in purified water.

MORMONS, THERE IS NO BAPTISM FOR THE DEAD. Scripture is very clear in stating that this life is the only chance we get. Once we die, our fate is sealed: HEBREWS 9:27 "It is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgement..." There are "no second chances" after death.

Two videos in and you haven't gotten to answer Question one and explain the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints position on baptism. The conversation bounces from point to point as you encounter presupposition after presupposition. In a different vein, they haven't been able to nail down for you whether baptism/works are salvific because hey hold two contradictory ideas in their head about the matter. much like the Trinity

When you seek answers from the Book of Mormon instead of the Bible, God can't help you because you have turned your back on Him. Therefore this leaves the door open for Satan (II Corinthians 11:14-15) to step into your life with a false christ or prophet showing you signs and wonders to lead you away from the real Jesus of the Bible who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God. God Himself warns us about this in: MATTHEW 24: 23-24 "Then if anyone says to you, Look, here is the Christ! or There! do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect..." Mormons teach and believe that their jesus is the brother of Satan, which contradicts what God says in His Bible that Jesus is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God. So Mormons, which Jesus do you believe in? A. Your jesus of the Book of Mormon, who is the brother of Satan. OR B. The Jesus of the Bible, who is God the Son 2nd person of the Trinity and the Eternal Creator God.
@AlbertJLouie
@AlbertJLouie Ай бұрын
IS JESUS AND SATAN BROTHERS? In sharp contrast to your Mormon theology, the Biblical witness is clear and convincing: Jesus is the ETERNAL CREATOR GOD (John 1; Colossians 1; Hebrews 1; Revelation 1). Paul explicitly taught that Jesus is the CREATOR of all, including the angelic realm to which Satan belongs (Colossians 1:15-16 cf. John 1:3). Jesus is thus Satan's Creator, not HIS spirit brother. COLOSSIANS 1:15-16 (NKJV) [Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the FIRSTBORN over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through HIM and for HIM.

There is only one God in existence Alma 11 27 And Amulek said: Yea, there is a true and living God. 28 Now Zeezrom said: Is there more than one God? 29 And he answered, No. 30 Now Zeezrom said unto him again: How knowest thou these things? 31 And he said: An angel hath made them known unto me. Joseph smith is such a False prophet he became a false prophet in his own book. (BOM)

@zionking2634 , another example "Christians" aren't very smart. This is an Old Testament declaration prior to the revelation of Jesus. It's ok. We know most of you can't understand what you read.

@@missionarydiscussions1286 You've ironically proven my point. "prior to the revelation of Jesus". ?What? according to Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon, Jesus was known and revealed all the way back to Adam. It's clear you haven't read the chapter and are just regurgitating an ignorant response. When you actually read Alma 11, you'll see it's structured in a Q&A format. The declaration you mentioned is an answer to a question, stating there is no other God but one. This exposes Joseph Smith's later teachings as clear heresy. Alma 11:38-46, Amulek continues the Q&A literally preaching the revealed revelation of Jesus to Zeezrom in (( 82 BC Old Testament times )), your response to my comment highlighting your lack of understanding and your blatant ignorants. Answer me this: Amulek, supposedly led by the Holy Spirit and informed by an angel of God, declares there is only one God. Yet Joseph Smith later teaches that we must become gods like those before us. So, who is right-the Holy Prophet of God in the Book of Mormon, or Joseph Smith, the fallen prophet?
