2 Clicks Out: R6 Suspension Setup (TRAILER)

In this video we're looking at the new generation, the 2017 & 2018 Yamaha R6 here. Dave tunes a couple of stock bikes, so there's good stock suspension setup info there, and then a couple with upgraded suspension. As usual, once you approach Trackday fast group and club racing speeds, the stock bits just can't cope.

Hi Both Daves. Do either of you have an opinion about Bitubo Dampers..... Compared to Ohlins where would you rank them.....? Thanks.

All dampers need to be assessed to see where you are in the settings. Some Ohlins back in the day on the 636 didn't work well at all until the internals changed. I have never used a Bitubo myself, but the significantly increased standard they have reached over the last 5 years to have a top class and winning product bodes well.
