Tried many recipes in an effort to produce decent naan bread for about 30 years, without great success, until now. This one is first class, easy to do and equal to any BIR, only you make them for pence. As a curry fan this is nothing short of brilliant. Will experiment with some honey instead of sugar. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. They are clear and informative. Excellent!

Nice on lee I have commented on FB - Great video Lee Jones I use method 1 as I have done for a while but may give method 2 a go. Well done mate. Tempted to try method 2 on a Peshwari Naan as my results have been irratic with Peshwari on method one but I think the flame thrower may help that so thanks again for the insight.

Thanks Iain To be honest with you, i don't even bother with a cushion anymore for method 2, I just throw it on and flame it , Peshwari Naan are easy this way as well !!!

Nice one mate - I never bothered with the cushion either. Took ma ages to work out peshwari as there nothing on youtube. You should do a peshwari video mate - it will get you noticed and raise awareness of your new project! Best of luck bye the way!

I think things must have changed now Iain, just done a quick search - About 1,140 results - the first 9 were directly about peshwari naan ! - I think keema naan is the tricky one to get right - lots of videos to come

LOL@blowtorch : I think my kitchen would be on fire, and the naan somewhere on the floor. ;-)

To be honest, and of course much safer I would usually make all the Naans outside using this method

Better than any in the country? That’s a bold statement, go up North to Shakira in Whitley Bay and you’d retract that statement!!!
