Just made this with the leftover naan dough that I made yesterday. It was delicious! I really miss the British peshwari naans so much... I used a mixer and the cherries gave the filling a pink colour. Reminded me so much of the best peshwari naan I ever had (in Glasgow) years ago. I could cry with happiness right now! Thank you for uploading this :)

@@TaffmanGuyo You're dead right! Perfect example, look at how he puts the chef's spoon into numerous different dishes. All the dishes have the potential to contain different allergens, i.e cashew paste in one dish, dairy in another. Far too risky to eat at a BIR, which is unusual in this day and considering how fatal food allergies are a prominent topic in the media... (well maybe pre-covid anyway)!

Thanks Latif. Much as I enjoy seeing you cook a recipe, I prefer seeing the bits you didn't plan and just filmed - like the mutton curry. I'd love to see a "fly on the wall" type video of the kitchen in action. Nothing set up, just show it as it happens. See the chef cooking a CTM, prawn vindaloo with aloo gobi and a tarka dhal at the same time - or whatever the order may be. Maybe explain what's going on, but just show it as it happens?

Salaam alaikam, One should not clarify them self and create division amongst brothers of Islam, rather we are united as one in Islam the Muslim Ummah, it is culture that creates difference e.g. i am indian, pakistani, afghan, iranian. Just to educate brothers be proud that you are Muslim. If i have said anything wrong please find it in your hearts to forgive me. Jazakallah Khair, loved the recipe!

@Rehan People like you with no cognitive behaviour brother assume and naturally jump to negative conclusions. If you re-read and then understood what has been said i would not have to reply to you, i said one should not clarify them self meaning don't create differences amongst eachother rather we are united as One in Islam lets leave it at that and enjoy the Food!
