Thank you for these videos. I had L4 and L5 microdiscectomy in 2021 and my right hip socket is like locked and I’ve never been able to relieve pain in that area and three months ago. I fractured my sacrum and had surgery. I’ve never used pain medication if you can recommend a good video to unlock my right hip after all these years so that I’m not locked with pain and sciatic pain and stiffness I have zero flexibility on that side. I would be so appreciative thank you.

Well, my pain was more than just chronic. It was utterly staggering and disabling, so I had the microdiscetomy. Can your exercise programs help me now?

Had the same thing! Had it bad enough to cause “foot drop” on my left foot. That caused muscle atrophy and a loss of mobility throughout my posterior chain, but am pretty much 100% after a year and a half. Inversion table, complete focus on good positioning (sitting, desk, car, sleeping), bovine tracheal cartilage supplement, gentle walks, good chiropractor was my approach.

@@stanthompson3379 I have same issues but my l4/l5 has central annular fissure. With straight lumbar curvature would this help? Did you ever feel upper back discomfort?
