Jesus is the author, Paul is the pen, the Holy Spirit is the ink, and the paper is the Heart of the Corinth Christians. The fruits of the spirit will help us see if we are living in the spirit. We aren’t just hearers of the Word, we are doers!!

Heb 8:7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. 8 But God found fault with the people and said[b]: There was glory when the old covenant was established where pple were depending on their own strength to keep the Law (read Exodus 19 before the 10 Commandmentswere given), how much more glorious when we are giving the Holy Spirit all the work to help us keep the 10 Commandments😊😊😊....we are supposed to let the Holy Spirit shine 😀 ❤️.....thank you I loved the opening prayer thank you❤

Paul told us we are a Letter from Jesus- written in the Spirit not in the stone as in the old testament by Moses. The vale in our hearts has been removed... It's an amazing aroma n fragrance of peace n love Thank you Pastor for helping us absorb His words today 👆🏻👆🏽👆🏿

God is so amazing. I received a Denial from a doctoral program today and was really self doubting, yet trusting God's will. After 12 hour day and asking God for confirmation with this decision and was lead to this scripture. I needed more clarity and found such insight from your explanation. "Not based on letter of the law but through the power of the Spirit."(The Passion Translation) Thank you for posting this!

When there is no emotional experience nor intellectual insight into His way, the enemy (me monkey) may suggest to us that Father has not spoken. But our Lord is not impressed with a multitude of words. He is impressed with the purity of the intent of our hearts. He desires to see the inward part of us humbled, quiet, and totally surrendered to Him and to His will, whatever it may be. This is about the old covenant being of flesh but there is a new covenant the covenant of the spirit we are not under both only on or the other and we are called to be a Ministry of the spirit who is jesus, jesus is the Spirit

This scripture does not just have metas but paul uses plenty comparassion. But no where there in that chapter gives the impression that the law is abolished by the spirit
