It's so so cheap(comparatively) in bangalore...staying in mumbai.. here in 2.86 cr/3 cr u wl get only 2.5 bhk(small size rooms) with single balcony or no balcony.

नीव को आप अभी से योगा इंट्रोड्यूस करिए उसके लेवल पर, ये बहुत जरूरी है. मैने देखा है बच्चे जब अपनी मर्जी नामर्जी समझना शुरू करते हैं तब फिर कतराते हैं. छोटी उम्र से ही सही आदत लगवानी चाहिए या atleast उससे प्राइमरी लेवल पे परिचित करवाना चाहिए. अभी सिर्फ इंटरेस्ट खिले उसमें योग के लिए उतना ही बताइए.

My baby is 4 month now and we also bought a new home just now to have a bigger space. I suggest you to go for a villa then a flat. I have taken in outer Sarjapur. But yes costing is around 2 cr
