2 cycle starts but won’t run off choke. Walbro WT

Did not work to fix the same ‘only runs while choked’ Echo CS590. I went from 1.5 turns out on L&H all the way to 5 turns out on each and it still only runs on choke. New coil, new air & fuel filter, new plug, no cylinder scoring, and compression test was to spec. I completely disassembled the carb and soaked all parts in mineral spirits for 3 weeks. Same issue remains. This is a friend’s saw and it has reinforced my lifelong belief the only 2 decent chainsaws are Stihl and Husqvarna - and the only saws from those two company’s that is worth buying cost more than one month’s mortgage. I have never had any issues with saws that cost more than $1000.
