Been going through the ringer of from video to video talking about improving art and it all boils down to anatomy (along with perspective) if you want to level up your art and, the fact that you can simplify it to these 2 details is an amazing starting point for a beginner artist such as myself to not get overwhelmed. This gives a good morale boost too and eventually snowball into diving deeper into anatomy in general for me once I want to get more in depth. Thanks for the good quality tutorial.

First the brachioradialus and now the sartorius! Lately I've been experimenting with more ambitious composition. I can do neutral standing/walking postures and conversational arm gestures (and I finally got my head wrapped around perspective) so I figured the next logical step is more dynamic/extreme poses. Jumping, climbing, crouching, etc. But my results have been hit-and-miss; I knew there were aspects I wasn't aware of, things I didn't know how to do holding me back. Then your arm video showed up in my feed, and I'm so glad it did! Between that one and this, I now can visualize the anchor points and interactions of the muscle-groups and joints in placing the limbs. Can't wait to see what's next!

I can’t seem to control my lines in procreate. I use infinite painter and have no issue.

Have you tried upping the stability on Procreate. That's very strange, I've never had a problem with Procreate. 🤔

It's just line confidence built up over time. 😊 Scratchy lines are a sign of unconfidence in your ability to draw the right line the first time. That's a bit unrealistic, even for me, though. 😅
