I really wish I'd had this video back when I was in med school learning muscle anatomy. At the time I thought the muscles were incredibly boring; this makes them seem much more cool. Also, every time you say thumb-mass it sounds like thumb-ass; every med student knows that the mildly naughty mnemonics are the best!

Whatever motivates you to draw, I say keep doing that! Anatomy is pretty advanced stuff. If you're feeling overwhelmed by how complicated stuff in here gets it'd probably be a good idea to check out Stan's Figure Course. It's kind of the pre-requisite to Anatomy.
