When I lowered mine I did pretty much the same thing you’ve done here, but over certain bumps there’s something hitting. It’s not the frame I’m thinking it’s either the pumpkin hitting a cross member or maybe the driveshaft? I can’t figure wtf it is.

Not that it matters now, but you can use the Belltech flip kit without the replacement front hangers to achieve the drop you are wanting. My 2 door has the Belltech kit and Im looking to replace the front hangers for more drop.

Nice ride, your among the first people with a video lowering a 2 door tahoe, I have one too 2wd, I did drop spindles and cut an inch of the coils for a 3 inch drop, then I did a flip kit with a 1 inch lift shackles, I didnt want to C notch it because even if I had, the pumpkin would of still hit, I had to cut the rail on top of it, also the driveshaft would of rubbed on dips or with people in the truck and I didnt want to cut and weld in the tunnel of the body, so I got 6 degrees shims, but I want to lift the back 2 inches with lift hangers.

@@TWAMotorsports yes they do, and I didnt know until I lowered it since there really isnt videos speaking about it and pick ups are a bit different so they dont have the same issues, it seems the flip kit drops go about an inch more then stated, I want to lift the back with the 2 inch lift hangers and have a better ride,

There completely different bodies it's easier to switch bodies on frame then convert from what I've gathered trying to get mine switched and I observed both styles stripped at junk yard and there's no way to convert unless you cut the whole door frame [complete ass of main body] and welded it on.

Those drilled holes in the corners are there to alleviate the stress concentrations caused by sharp corners. Sharp corners can result in fatigue cracks.
