What's not to love~one of my very favorites. I'm going to try but my hubs just hates brussels sprouts in every way shape and form...the bacon caught my eye and I'm going to try it. Every time you put the camera on Bruno, I'm reminded of my dearest departed mom. My mom's maiden name is Bruno. Thanks for this recipe!!!

I know coconut sugar is listed as a substitute for brown sugar in a lot of recipes. I don't know how it tastes though.
