I'm not just commenting, I'm bearing my heart. As I watched Chef Amaka share her PCOS journey and Zeelicious invite her to share recipes that can aid in this journey, I felt seen. My youngest sister battles with PCOS, and as the chef of our house, I've been on a mission to find the perfect recipes to support her. Beyond prayers, I'm willing to take action and get it right for her. That's why I believe I should be considered for sponsorship for 'Chow with Amaka'. I'm not just a fan; I'm a sister on a mission to support my loved one. I'm eager to learn from Chef Amaka and Zeelicious, and I'm confident that this opportunity will equip me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in my sister's life. I'd be forever grateful for the chance to be part of this journey. Thank you, Zeelicious and Chef Amaka, for inspiring me to take action and for giving me hope that a better tomorrow is possible for my sister. #ChowWithAmaka #PCOSAwareness #SisterlyLove

For women who are trying to gain weight and must eat, wouldn't a portion sized carb like eko, a wrap of fufu etc be ideal to go with any of the above soups for dinner? See you've answered my question. A very entertaining and enlightening video

Polycystic ovarian syndrome Is a disease cause in the ovaries
@MirabelAyukАй бұрын
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) Is a set of symptoms caused by a problem with a woman's hormones. It affects the ovaries. These are the small organs that store a woman's eggs. But it can also affect the rest of the body. PCOS is a very common condition in women of childbearing age. The exact cause of PCOS is unknown. There's evidence that genetics play a role. Several other factors, most importantly obesity, also play a role in causing PCOS: Higher levels of male hormones called androgens: High androgen levels prevent your ovaries from releasing eggs, which causes irregular menstrual cycles.
