@ZeeliciousFoods Thank you very much Winnie for clarifying. Remain in good works. You have taken culinary lifestyle, etiquette, personal style and elegance to an entirely different level. Well done. On a related issue. I saw a video where a chef distinguished between ofada sauce (made with red 🌶 peppers, etc. and served with organic ofada rice 🌾), and ayamatse stew (made with green peppers, that is served with ordinary white rice 🍚). Is it true? Can you clarify this, and if possible, do a video of both to explain the nuance. Thank you.

Not all oils are created equal. Industrial vegetable oils are terrible for your health and should not be consumed at all. But natural fruit oils like unrefined palm oil, coconut oil, authentic olive oil, avocado oil, real butter from healthy animals etc, are good for the body and brain. Our forefathers traditionally used natural palm oil and they didn't have all the terrible diseases we have now like heart attacks, cancer, high blood pressure etc, which skyrocketed after the introduction of Industrial vegetable oils such as: Canola oil, sunflower or safflower oil, corn oil, soya oil etc..

@@priddyfairnutrition2904 some oils are good doesn’t mean you should let your food swim in it. Everything must be eaten in moderation regardless of how good you think it is.

Oil should be used as a flavour enhancer. If you have the right cooking pots. You wouldn't need oil to fry food, but more as a flavouring. Meat, seeds and veg has its own natural oil.
