Great video!! I was at Yosemite a week ago. Unfortunately, I did not see your video or take these hikes. The views you showed were magnificent.

you'll have to do them next time you are there!

Amazing! Nature is truly a wonder. I need to get back there.

Have done both those walks. I did the mist trail in 2019, then traveled back to your country last year to do the upper Yosemite falls track. Absolutely love your country and the friendly people there. I'm not a rich man but I plan on going to the states every 4 years years. Greetings from NZ.

Nice summary video - I just got back from 30 days in Yosemite and did both of these and multiple other hikes (and bike ride) including Glacier Point, Four Mile Trail and Half Dome. (Videos to come soon if I ever catch up with my editing 😁)

omg I wish I could spend 30 days in Yosemite!!! Did you stay outside the park?
@BrokerBasil3 ай бұрын
@@GabriellaViola yes, it's pretty cool to wake up there every morning for 30 days and no, as a volunteer we stayed at Lower Pines campground. Great location, needless to say 😁 (But we did work and the work - standing and talking - was surprisingly tiring).

I was there yesterday again and hiked the upper Yosemite Falls and had the overlook all to myself at 7am. No matter how many times I been there, it speechless. Next time you are there, check out Glacier Point or Tioga Pass.

Wow that sounds amazing, what time did you start the trail?
@BM-cj7hr3 ай бұрын
I always start early. I started at 5am and summit right before 7am. By 8am as everyone was coming up, I was already on my way down

Glacier Point is open but Tioga Road is still closed - rumored to possibly open on June 6th.

I'm from the highlands in Scotland so i've seen beautiful but to me this is next level. Just gorgeous! I do have a question though @GabriellaViola. In Scotland the most wildlife we run into is cows and sheep, I believe you have bears and large cats. Have you ever bumped into any on your travels? Any close encounters? Are you prepared for it just in case? Do you have any videos of the wildlife because i'd love to see it on your channel? All the best! x

We do have black bears and other wildlife out here, ive seen bears on the trail in the distance, including when I did the upper Yosemite falls trail a few weeks ago, havent had any close encounters though

Hi @gabriellaviola, have you been to Oregon? Taking a road trip from Sf to Klamath Falls. Any cool places to visit along the way or around that region ? Thanks 😊
@GabriellaViola3 ай бұрын
I have, I really loved Oregon, some favorites were Silver Falls State Park but that is a bit more north...Also Koosah & Sahalie Falls, I did a video on those: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIi2eGigjNVnr6ssi=88hGAyL1-CCDWfUk

Awesome videos, your "S" pronunciation is ear piercing for headphone users, idk if that's something you can fix in post production.
