I think that inducer motor needs a little 3 in 1 oil on the shaft.

There might be a screen on top of the burner box where the fresh air pipe connects, seen that cause similar issues. Leaf bits get in and pile up on the screen. Keep up the good work .

I dislike residential furnaces pressure switch related codes except for stuck open because otherwise it can be several issues including one overlooked often which is the sagging vent pipe holding a water pocket. That's usually in a tight attic space or something too.

"Ain't no Tajmahal" 😆 tech tip, carry a good universal pressure switch or 2 for wide range replacement coverage. I don't recommend cheap plastic type. I go with a metal construction and good adjustment accuracy and ease. I don't use digital for water column measuring, rather I use and recommend an old or new big round magnehelic gauge like Dwyer 2002. Peace ✌️ out chall!
