LOVE the thin and crispy. Not a fan of eating just bread with barely any topping. This looks awesome. This looks like two extra large Ledo's pizzas side by side. I once ate ONE with another guy in college, after we ate a double batch of cheesedip with chips and a half gallon of ice cream each. Probably pretty close in terms of sugar/fat, but I think you ate a bit more than the two of us.

I've always been able to amaze my friends and cooks by the amount of food I can pack away, ex: I ate a 32 piece pizza one night (about 1/2 of this challenge) which is no laughing matter, pretty impressive but I was sick for a couple of days afterwards.... This guy is truly amazing! That is sooooooo much freaking pizza????? Joel, you are an amazing eater! I couldn't imagine eating that thing.....My hat is off to you my friend! I didn't realize this style of pizza was a regional thing. Where I grew up there were more than a few restaurants that their pizza was like this. Wouldn't want to do a challenge with it cause it will cut you up bad. That was a ton of toppings on that thing to do for a challenge. Nuts!

My favorite pizza is "The Positano" from Tre Vigne Pizza in St. Helena, CA. It's crescenza cheese, shrimp, scallions, and lemon wedges that are battered and fried. It's amazing. If anyone ever orders it get it with extra lemons. The same place makes mozzarella made to order also.
