I’m unsure whether to believe the girl from the UK or not, but the information is readily available in her native language, so there’s no excuse for being uninformed. When traveling, it’s essential to do your research and understand the rules. Her decision to go to New Zealand to reapply for a tourist visa suggests she’s well aware of immigration laws-she just didn’t want to pay for airfare or couldn’t afford it, which seems pretty clear. Despite the officers’ kindness, she still threw a tantrum. Another tell-tale sign was her mentioning wanting to check her future visa sponsorship, implying she was actively seeking work while on a tourist visa-a blatant violation of the rules.

I have Global Entry and all they did was wave at me once they saw my card when I entered Sydney. No lines, no waiting, no hassles. It’s a fantastic country.

Any country will not allow a person back in when they over stayed their visa. She knew what she was doing.

Woman clearly broke immigration laws. She knew what she was doing. She should get sent back. When I get a visa Im quite aware of the time I have. Im not a child, nor is she. Follow the rules and stop crying for what you know you did.

I love how the Korean man was trying to negotiate with the Officer. You are traveling on someone else’s passport. Shut up and sit down!

Swabbing the cards in a person's wallet is wild.

someone once gave me a lot of homegrown oranges out in California. When we got to the airport we were told they were not legal to take into the airport. We ran over to a truck driver and gave him the oranges so we didnt have to throw them away.

I like the blonde border patrol agent I can't believe it we know he's got something😂 you mean he wants to get away with it and not go to jail that's unbelievable😂 this guy's a real student of human nature. He picked the right job😂😂 why would a criminal deny their crime😅😅

it's really strange that you cancel your flight to London then suddenly you are buying tickets to Australia from South Africa) why would anyone do that? it's really expensive. And he didn't provide a reasonable answer for that simple question.

It's so funny, these people disregard the significance of the cards however when I first moved to AU years ago, I was 12 years old with my older sister and I was panicking that I wasn't doing it right and overthinking even food I had unfinished on the plane. Lol.

He didn’t use gloves when he transferred the swab to the machine. Who knows if it came off the officer.

Not only that, but anyone can pickup trace drugs on their credit cards, ID cards etc.. Over 95% of all paper money in America has trace amounts, which can then transfer onto other things.

@@jamesinson3488 I also loved their suspicion about an Italian visiting Denmark for "just" two days, as if that's something strange for someone living in Europe. =D

New Rule: if ur caught in a lie, you don’t get to fly (except back home, lol). Should be on No Fly List for 1 year. Second offense- flying is banned for life.

Don’t understand it! Whyt guy, comes in with small amount of money, and an engagement ring for a female he met online. Still married but separated from his wife. The female doesn’t come to pick him up, they can’t find her at work, or at home. The phone is disconnected but they believe he is telling the truth and lets him into the country. A blk female with the wrong visa by an agency. Wants to live and work with her boyfriend in Australia. Her boyfriend is a native Australian that has a legit phone number, answers the phone and verifies everything she has said is true. She is sent back to the UK. Make it make sense!

Because the man from the US didn’t break the law. It is likely that he was catfished, but he still could come in and find out for sure. There’s nothing illegal about that. The woman from the UK broke the law. They didn’t want to let a criminal in their country. It seems pretty straightforward to me!
@abrown7860Ай бұрын
@ It’s not straight forward. He had no place to go. The person that he was going to see wasn’t even available. He had no money. He had nobody to contact. Usually they send them back bc of just those reasons. She was wrong only bc the visa the AGENCY gave her. She did nothing that was illegal. They could have fixed that instead of telling her she couldn’t come back for a year, I think they said. I’m just pointed out that he should have been sent home as well, that was bogus!
