They are nothing more than Boxes 😂.. No Real shape or form. Design these days is right lets start with a square and cut bits off 😂😂😂😂. Go to the Italian Coast and look at all the wonderful Architectural achievements they have built and then come back here and start again, JAW DROPPING MY ARSE..

House 5 is the bomb! It's on Bay Harbor Islands overlooking Indian Creek Island, which is probably the most expensive island in all of Miami, and it's one of 4 new mansions built (by the same developer, I think). They started buying up older houses there for around $3 million + per house, tearing them down and building these new mansions. And they started selling them at $12 million, then $20 million, and now $25 million for this last one.
