Never lose sight of the goal. When things seem overwhelming it’s best to plan and break things down. It’s really important to be well rested and schedule time for relaxing as well as studying. It can be really hard to focus and I don’t know any better tips than just forcing yourself to start because you usually get into a flow state after about 20 mins on average, it can also help to schedule something fun that you can look foreword to. But anyway I wish you luck, hope these tips helped.

@@IshitaSinha-j7t it took me a while to get used to study everyday. im also preparing myself for an important exam - since january. all i can say is: be kind to yourself, its a process. remember to eat and sleep well, meditate and go out often, if you can. it helps your body work better. if you didnt have the habit of studying everyday before, you will have a hard time to focus at the beginning, but you will get used and it will feel amazing when you do. i have some other tips, tell me if you want me to write them here, i dont want to make this a big text 😭

As an aspirant, i can only tell you that make daily targets and make them your motivation, start with slow then accordingly increase your targets but do it that's only what matters and u have to be that much motivated that u just gonna finish today's goals and after that you are free to get disturbed if u have time. Small tip: try to wake up early it will make u productive and u will get less disturbed. At the end of the day , this is your life so your are the only one who is responsible for shaping it ,now its on you how you shape it .
