I’d put some sausage gravy on them but Vegemite would work just fine as well. I may be one of the few Americans that loves Vegemite. It is because I’m half Australian. My Mother was from Brisbane.

You are probably right, not many Americans like vegemite from what I've seen! Vegemite is so versatile as you are probably aware you can add a small amount to stews, casseroles, gravy to give the meal an nice boost of hearty flavour. Thanks for watching and commenting on my videos.👍

Can you use milk instead of cream ?

Hi there! I have never used milk instead of cream. I don't think that they will turn out as fluffy and light as cream has more fat and flavour to help in the process. Let me know if you try the scones/biscuits with milk, I'm interested to know how they turn out.
