Hi Elle! The amount of hair I lost PP was crazy. Both times it dramatically slowed down at 6m. The worst time for me in both was at 4m PP in terms of hair loss. It was barely noticeable at 1 year PP and my littlest has just turned 2 and it’s a little thin compared to pregnancy, I still don’t think it’s 100% all grown back yet I still see short bits! But it’s about there ❤

I dont have children but i was a teacher for ten years and i was in costa recently with my carer and this mum whos little baby was six months she had been really poorly and her mum said to me thank you so much for making my daughter smile and laugh she said i was the only one that week who managed to make her do that as she had been poorly its so nice to help and ask other people if their doing ok it doesnt cost anything does it kidness and with my disablity and life limiting gentic condtion i always like helping others so much your a wonderful mum and have beautiful boys you should check out fourth wing a good read ive not started it but read the prolouge in also loving time after time got two chapters left hope the weekend goes well for you your smashing it 💖
