Time for the bucket challenge!! Saskia challenged me to do this, and I finally took it! With all my leftover paint, that I couldn't use anymore, in a 2.5 litre bucket! HAHA :D. It got a dirty pour allright. Didn´t like the outcome really, but it has some beautiful details.

That's quite a huge pour, I love the end results. I think it was a great idea to add the white swipe at the end. While you may not have liked the end results I sure did!
@jro93655 жыл бұрын
It's not bad just different. !! I was glad you tilted off the yellow & green and some of the brown. I think if you would have chosen YOUR favorite colors it would have turned out beautifully like all of your artwork does . But for just leftover paints of all colors together it's not bad at all . Very pretty on the side with the blues ... but as I always say .. You can make any paint look pretty and you prove that with every pour you do !!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩😉😉😉😉😉😜😜😜😜😜😜 AND it looked like lots of fun to just dump all that huge amount of paint and see what happens... hahahaha !! 😜😜😜😜😜

Love listening to you laugh at the crazy things you try, Rinske! You are humble and fun to watch. I'm glad the challenges are pushing you out of your comfort zone! It shows us that even successful artists like you can jump into new things, learn, and sometimes find great results they never expected! We just never know what we are capable of until we try new things.

Hi Rinske.. I love videos like these where you show your new experiments with pours (even if you hadn’t tried them before) and correct the parts that didn’t turn out as you wanted.... makes it all so real and comforting to know that professional experts like you also go through trial and errors to get the perfect finish! What you did in this video about pouring the white on parts that you didn’t like and redid the parts was just so educational and motivating! I had not know about Dutch pouring until I came across your videos and so happy to see these new styles!

Wow you people with your critical sometimes rude comments are hilarious. It was a "CHALLENGE " people . It was meant for fun no matter what the end results were or what you think she did right or wrong !!! And the comments about "OHHH THATS WAY TOO MUCH PAINT FOR THAT SIZE CANVAS" c'mon people SERIOUSLY do you think Rinske was not already aware of that ... or do people just not listen when she speaks. Lol. She KNEW it was too much paint, & she KNEW some of the colors didn't really go with the rest & figured she would end up with a muddy mess BUT SHE DIDN'T !!! hahaha. She had FUN & laughed ...that is what it's all about and she did it BEAUTIFULLY !!! Get a grip people ... most of you with your criticism & so called suggestions and complaints about it obviously dont know how to have FUN with paint and probably dont even have a pinkies worth of the talent that Rinske has . I feel sorry for some of you people . Rinske is BOLD , BEAUTIFUL, TALENTED, CREATIVE & HAS FUN with her art ... go somewhere else to piss & moan !!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

I’m confused about the paint not being usable for your other paintings. What happens to them that makes them unusable? How long does it take to get to that point?
@RinskeDouna5 жыл бұрын
Hi kathy! I always premix my paints and store it in bottles. For the upcoming week/weeks. I mix them with water. But when i have them stored more then 3 weeks and have leftover, the mixture is getting old, and i dont want to use it for my real paintings that I sell. I have not seen yet that the paint is shifting or whatever, but I see the paint is acting a bit differently, so time for freshly mixed.

I'm really glad you tried this fun challenge Rinske, Saskia is awesome,such a lovely lady..but yes this is way too much paint for this canvas! I still think it turned out really nicely tho. I'm just wondering if it is going to crack when it dries,and also what the painting will look like after it finishes levelling out. Maybe it will be stunning..only time will tell.
