Aaargh! UF Gator here. I attended the UF/UT game in Gainesville this past weekend and could not hear the UT band from my seats, so never once had to listen to Rocky Top. Then it popped up at least five times in your vid! Oh well, they probably feel the same way about the Gator Chomp. UT fans are great. We had a lot of fun chatting with them as they passed by our tailgate. Great video. Speak up if you are coming to Gainesville. I'll show you the ropes.

Thank you for highlighting our Volunteers. I am a lifelong fan. I am also an alumni of Samford Univ. in Birmingham. If I recall, your wife is a Bulldog alumni too. We were probably there about the same time. It was tough being a Vol fan in B'ham for 3 years. There were a few of us and we stuck together. Anyway, I love this video. It makes me want to attend a game in Tuscaloosa, and wear a Crimson shirt and enjoy the culture that is "Roll Tide". Maybe my wife and I will do that one day. I’m not a college sport (or pro) fan, but I loved this video! I wish I could tell that vet what a WWII vet told me in 2018. I’m a travel nurse and travel all around the US and one day I was hanging out in my van at a park and up rolls this dude in VW van. I watch him get out, whip out his cane and meander over my way. We said hello and started chatting. We chatted for about 2 hours and come to find out he was a WWII vet, and survivor of Pearl Harbor. His name was Don Long. We had been talking about a friend of mine who was a Vietnam vet. He told me to tell my friend, and any other Vietnam vet I came across, that he appreciated their service and was horrified by the way these vets were treated when they returned home. He said what made recovering from his wartime duties possible was all the love and support he received when he returned and the fact that Vietnam vets didn’t experience this support was a travesty. We ran into each other again at the same park about a month later. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. So hat tip to Don and to your Tennessee Vietnam vet. I’m enjoying this college football series. My recommendation for a game is the Iron Bowl. Auburn is an amazing campus with incredible traditions. The iron bowl has historically been a fantastic rivalry game every year.

Went to UT and was a Kappa Sigma and out fraternity house is just 30 yards from Gus's and we ate there many times. Every time I travel through Knoxville from Nashville that is where I eat if possible for lunch. I just ate there last Tuesday on my way to North Carolina mountains.

Yes! This is it! Love this series and format. Love how instead of a voiceover you are doing a visual narration. Love the interesting facts along the way. Storylines, Pro quality, in my humble opinion and should be picked up by a major network. Hope you made it to Boulder for the USC game and have some connections. (it's The hottest home game of the season. Perfect weather too!) Looked for any announcement for a Boulder meet-up but did not see one. You have given me a reason to root for the Tide now! I must admit you're a better man than I am. I'm a lifelong Tennessee fan and fully agree with you about the rivalry between the Volunteers and your team, but I would never, under any circumstances, wear an alabama shirt or any piece of clothing. That being said, I do have the ability to separate my love of all things UT and real life. I have good friends who also root for your team, UF, UGA, and other such scoundrels! But I am Big Orange only! Your tying the theme into Vietnam and within our nation these days was great and we need to be able to have our differences without having hate or ill-will toward each other. I also must say that your telling of many of UT's traditions are spot on, and as a former member of the University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland marching band many moons ago, I loved playing Rocky Top and proudly sing it now. When I get to a game in Neyland Stadium, which is about once a year now, I still get emotional during the band's pregame show that is iconic. There's a bond with other Vol fans, the band, and the football team that is unexplainable. Thanks for such a great video ... especially one from a red elephant fan! #GBO #VFL

Great video and promo for the school and stadium. I have been to a couple of games there, one of them as a GA fan in the Tennessee side. In general the fans were good but there were some around us who were a little hostile but not violent. I can say that some of there surrounding fans after enough put them in their place. The other game was on the right section and we had a good time. Thanks for the video. I agree it is a very loud stadium and the other loudest stadium in the SEC is LSU.
