I tried your meditation videos and i was blown away by the emotions it invoked in me. Does it matter what position you're in when you meditate? I did mines laying down under the covers and i cant tell if vibrating pulsating feeling was just a fluke because i did it wrong.

@AJLikesGamesAlot You didn’t do anything wrong. The more you do them the more you will understand how you feel. Fred suggests sitting up so you don’t fall asleep, but they are your meditations and you can be in whatever position you choose. 🤍

@ Ok, I’ll start with my background a little bit. I’ve trained quite a bit in qigong, medical qigong, Chinese Shamanism (as my teacher describes it), & Daoist magic, all of this within the same group of teacher lineage. Near where I live there is a very large park with a history of different use, indigenous, I sometimes see signs of Pagan like rituals, and general human use. Back in the forest there is a natural, very abrupt hill like mound that I imagine has been used for different purposes in the past, including a site for rituals. It is one of the areas that I found for example a chicken egg stuck in a log, though I don’t actually believe this is related to the more specific thing that I’m talking about. Many of the trees a top and around are dead & broken, & it was also a site of a fire in the past year. There is a strong sense of sacred & historical use. A few years ago my partner had brought me there as he & a friend had discovered it. The trees had been full of vultures at the time. While up there I discovered a vortex. My sense was that it was a dark magician from years ago who was using the natural shape & history of the land, & drawing the energy in for his own purposes, strength, & longevity. For quite awhile, I could sense this from around the park & tried to close off the drawing energy. I tried different ways to detach, as it would like to draw upon you if it could. One day I realized that feeding it by fighting it was not working, so I sent an extreme flooding of the most innocent & compassionate energy that I could (rainbow unicorns lol). It was definitely repulsed & stopped “reaching out”. Literally about 20 minutes later I was walking in a nearby neighborhood & passed a guy wearing illuminated rainbow horns on his head. There was no reason for this eg. It was not near Halloween, but was in summer, but I figured it was tongue & cheek of the other energy. Time passed, & it came to my attention that I could more heal the land instead of feeling the tainted mark left upon it. This was helpful, but I also believe that using some of my Daoist scriptures helped to negate or subdue the energy that was fueling the vortex. It was the day before your last post that my partner & I had revisited the area. I could no longer feel the vortex, though I do sense the energy is held off & greatly subdued, not eliminated. I’m a person who is learning from the forest & trees & nature, so learning how to interrelate with these various energies is part of my path.

@ I should say that this is a good part of why I really appreciate you. I sense that we relate to things in a similar way. You really do remind me of my teachers (& qigong friends), & hold the integrity like they do. I feel that this can be a growing community :) Gratitude to you, your students, & all of those other folks out there. Something that I would like if we touch on is nullifying the energy that is given to such entities/beings when we share about them. I can feel the charge now, but will intend for things to be neutral & held within the Divine.
