Now iam doing intermittent fasting i.e, 8 hours eating and 15 hours fasting taking only liquids in fasting time.All the best Nonu Mam.

Yes I did for 4 months along with 16hrs intermittent fasting and reduced 9kgs...once I stopped again I've gained weight😢

I’ve been walking with Leslie I think since I was 12. Started off with my mom and sometimes my aunt. I just turned 40 almost a week ago!! I still enjoy your videos Leslie!!

I will be 92 in October and I have been walking with Leslie 2 mile walk for a month or more. I love it and wouldn't miss it. Feel fit and peppy the rest of the day. Love her enthusiasm. It is contagious.

I burned 200 calories with this workout. I am 5'4 and now weigh 170 pounds. I've already lost 8 pounds doing this workout 4 days a week for a month now!!! And I've been eating healthy with a few slip ups and sticking to a 1500 calorie goal a day. Thank you so much!!!

I'm morbidly obese and need to lose 200lbs. At this time I can't stand more than 2-5 minutes, I have to complete all my walking exercises in a chair. I know for most that does not make any sense. I'm trying my best and keep moving my arms. I appreciate these videos to get me moving.

Marcia Antoine I just got some devastating news from employer today that they are laying off 70 people and I was saved because of my start date. I almost over ate on carbs! That’s what you do when it gets tough! But I need to keep exercising to keep my mind right!!

I am 72 and started Lesley's Walk Workout few months back and got hooked. Just love her style and energy, so motivational. I am now practicing for an 8 mile workout on 20 march for my Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society in memory of my beloved beautiful mum who passed away 15 months ago. To-date I have managed 6.5 miles workout and with Lesley's energy I hope to complete 8 miles on 3/20/21 :-)

I started walking with Leslie in February, I've lost 56lbs since then (in combination with the keto diet). I'm really learning to value how much it's important for overall health, not just weight loss, to exercise. I think that's the most valuable thing I could have learnt. It's really helped my anxiety and depression especially.

I just did this workout 5 days this week (Monday thru Friday) and I lost 2.3 lbs!!! I started exercising with Leslie Sansone about 5 years ago and have drifted to other online fitness trainers but I always come back to her! The results are real and I'm closer to my goal to lose 20 lbs! Thank you, Leslie!

I have been walking with you since I was 18. I am 21 now, and people tell me that I look like I'm still 17. Maybe there is really no difference between 17-22 year olds nowadays, but walking with your videos IS the highlight of my morning/day/evening/night. I hope to never ever stop walking regardless how hard life gets.

I suffer from lower back pain. This is the only exercise that doesn't cause any pain, on the contrary, it helps my posture and releases the pain big time. You are amazing Leslie, love you!!!!

Leslie workouts really do work cuz my favorite leggings is starting to get a little baggy and i done 6 of her old workouts and i can finish them all the way thru now normally i cannot finish her workouts all the way thru but since we have to stay home do to cornavirus You just gotta continue to do it every day to see Results I decided to get back working out i am 25 i have social anxiety & low iron aka low blood i weight around 200 lb i was at 298 lb last YEAR but im working harder 👏👊

I just started doing this along with a friend: we make a zoom meeting on one device, and turn on the video at our own homes on a different device. We turn off our Zoom audio and video and do Leslie's walk simultaneously in our own homes... then turn on the zoom audio/video for a visit after exercising! IT's fantastic!!!!

I'm 68. Had Open Heart Surgery 8 weeks ago. It's raining here today so this is the first time I'm trying your 2 Mile Walk. It was great (as are your other videos). I still have your (my) VHS tapes LOL! Thank you Leslie, great workouts.

This is just the perfect exercise session. It’s got everything: workouts that anyone can do, yet challenge endurance as they go on. Pleasant music. An instructor with a lovely demeanor. Warm-ups and cool-downs. I’ve come back to this video time and again, and expect I’ll keep doing so!

It is the only workout iam able to stickon for the last five months. Walking Outdoors, going to gym etc takes lot of effort. This can be easily done with any outfit at the convenience of home. Thank you so much Leslie .

For the last year, I've been doing Miracle Miles workouts--especially when the rainy Pacific Northwest weather made outdoor cardio workouts difficult. But recently I had a fall and fractured my kneecap. So am wearing a rigid knee brace for the next month or so which prevents me from bending the knee. I was desperate to keep up my workouts and remembered Leslie's admonition that if any movement was too difficult or too complicated to just keep on walking to the beat. So that's what I've been doing. No knee lifts or hamstring curls, no double sidesteps etc. But I can walk and I can get my heart rate up in the aerobic zone. Thanks, Leslie, for helping me maintain my cardio level.

I just found this channel about six months ago and it's working wonders for me. I live in Canada so we have a bit of snow here right now (to say the least) so this is a great way to get proper exercise indoors. I'm 67 years old and had surgery on both knees so this is an ideal way for me to get me legs back into shape. Thank you for doing this......this is a great way to stay fit mentally and physically without having to do crazy, extreme exercises.

And she’s in her 60s going on 70 still doing it. I read in one of her walking books that she had started these walking aerobics videos in the 80s and she still going.

Love these! When I saw Leslie's dvd's at stores I laughed! Who needed a video for walking? But when my cousin was recovering from heart surgery related to weight, she said she lost the weight entirely by walking--literally "walked her butt off :)" just walking about 4 miles a day. When I found myself with a frozen shoulder, and inconsistency in my work outs, I decided I'd try walking, but when I walked outside 1. I got a little bored, 2. pace wasn't always on and I didn't get my heart rate up, 3. if I go with others I end up at their pace that doesn't work, 4. I live where it gets to 105 degrees quickly, so if I missed the early morning I would give up on walking. So, I turned to youtube and sure enough! Leslie's pace, music, multiple muscles, and alone and with her team--the SMILES! It makes my heart go up too! So many mellow upbeat endorphins that I'm hooked now! I can't make excuses b/c it doesnt hurt, take much time, and lifts my mood all day! THANK YOU WHOLE TEAM. And gotta just love Nick and his smile and energy!!

I was so glad when I found you in the late nineties !! I worked with you faithfully and with attention to diet I was at a suitable weight and was healthy. Along the way I did less and less and gained a lot of weight. I have finally gotten back on track. Thanks for always being there Leslie.

I have been doing it for one and half month and I lost almost 5 lbs. I didn’t believe that this type of exercise would helped me loosing weight without stop eating. I don’t need to watch out my diet at all. I spend 2 hours everyday. Love it. Thank you Leslie. 🥰👍🏻👍🏻🌷🌷🌷

I did it! I can’t believe I did it. Last month I could only do for 15 minutes or 20 and now I just tried 30. Two months ago I hardly exercised. I am starting to get better. Hopefully I will lose weight too.

I've been walking with Leslie for 8 months every day! Although I am 64 and with bad spine (scoliosis and spondylosis), DM type 2, I feel great!!! My eldest sister was a competition body builder and later owned a gym for 28 years. When she went through her change she discovered no matter how much running and training she did the only way to lose belly fat in menopausal women is walking not running not weights not anything else but walking. And it does work! My problem is I haven’t exercised the entire pandemic! Isolated for months on end I just threw myself into work. Now I’m so out of shape and so much body fat I’m trying to get back into exercise. It’s hard for me to motivate to get away from my desk and go outside to walk 2 miles. I am so grateful I found you!! I don’t know why I didn’t think to look for walking videos when you don’t have time or motivation to get outside during the work week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I have been walking with Leslie for 30 years now. I have done from one to five miles at a time with Leslie through all the ups and downs of my life. I love that I can walk at home in my pajamas if I want to in a small space in my living room. It is simple, simply convenient, and just simply the most effective aerobic weight loss and muscle-toning workout that I know of.

Similarly I had a fall last February. It took me several months to recover fully during which time Lockdown happened. Joe Wicks' workout was too strenuous for me at that time. However I found Leslie Sansone's walking workouts and Holly Honjo; great for different levels of workouts and both ladies keep it real. I hope you are doing better. I love this. I have to strengthen my lower back muscles so I do this along with a 1 mile daily for the next 28 days and then I will add 1 mile for 30 days. I just had gastric bypass surgery and I have to walk every day over the next four months. Also this is good for my MS too and this is helpful in keeping and strengthening my motor skills, so I can drive more than just down the street to the grocery store. Since adding this walk in the morning, along with an evening walk, I am feeling stronger and its definitely helped my weight loss.

She is a GREAT instructor. She explains what the motions will be before you start. You can adjust the action if it a challenge. I had meniscus surgery several months ago. I is a little painful for me to kick my leg straight, so I do knee lifts instead. The main thing is, if you can, keep the pace.

I was in fabulous shape 13 years ago. Positive mindset. Loved life. Met an ass. Fell in love with said ass. Ass said he loved big women. Gained over two hundred pounds. My highest weight at 324. He dumped me after 13 years for a skinny young blonde. I've gone down to 257. Ups and downs along the way. I'm 78 and just started the 20, 30 & 40-minute walks. They are great to get started in the morning. I am still an avid cyclist and the videos are a great fill-in between riding my bike and on my stationary bicycle trainer.

I actually like this much better than the 1 mile video! I was hesitant because I didn't think I could do it but the warm up, gradual increase in pace and even the stretching felt so much better than the 1 mile. My new fav video! Give it a try and just take it one step at a time 😉

Sorry about the loss of your dad. Leslie uploads videos but I don’t think she reads the messages. She is a big celebrity with a lot going on; so I doubt she has the time. We in USA tend to have misconceptions about people in the Middle East. I hope you find peace. I will encourage you to read the Bible. I know most of your countries are against it but you will find the real peace that comes from Yehshua. I struggled in my teenage years with difficult situations and the only One that filled my heart with hope, joy, happiness and peace was Him. I humbly ask you to take the chance. You won’t regret it. Just ask Him for guidance before reading The Bible. Do it in secrecy. I would start with Psalms and continue with the New Testament. God bless you
