I do 20 mins of this walk in the morning and 20 in the evening. I'm already at a healthy weight. My goal is to remain active during the lockdown and not gain weight. This is the best workout for me! I'm so grateful to Leslie 💚🙏

I started 14 days ago. I lost 4 kg in the meantime in combination with intermediate fasting. I would like to thank you Leslie, for all the motivation and fun. Hi! In the morning I do pilates matwork first and then a 20 or 30 minute walking workout like this one.Then I have a cup of black coffee. I don't eat breakfast because I practice interval fasting. The first meal is at 12:00 a.m.I make sure to eat mainly vegetables, fruit, poultry, fish and meat in rotation throughout the week to keep a balanced diet. I avoid milk and drink Kefir instead. I don't eat white bread any more. Also I reduced rice, sugar and noodles. In the evening at 6 p.m. I have the second meal. After 8 p.m. I don't eat any more. Before I go to bed, I do pilates matwork again and afterwards a 3 mile walk with weights or a 5 k Walk. Every day at 6.30 p.m. I take a walk outside with my dog for half an hour. I drink 2 liters of water every day. That's my routine.

She made me feel welcomed, she didn't make me feel nervous about joining and I didn't get turned down or ignored which in turned has made me not be as socialble. So, I just clicked the play button and watched and joined. I'm turning 30 this year and I'm only getting older. To anyone who needs a little motivation, I have lost 3 kgs since I started walking with Leslie last month, and 6 kgs overall since I became more active in winters (down to 60.5 kgs from 66.5 around October) - but more than that, what I really love is the energy and enthusiasm that I feel throughout the day - her walks are by far the best remedy that I have found to beating the Winter Blues :)

I included Meditation and positive affirmations towards the body in the journey. Didn't cut down on too many things. Just got more in tune with what the body needs and added more fruits and vegetables. This workout played a key role though - especially in terms of movement and mood@@leahblau3333

I’m 54 and I had a huge stomach, I started walking, I increased my miles from 2 to 4 to 7 and now I walk 8 miles a day! Some days I’m exhausted so I’ll do 5 or 6. I’ve lost over 14lbs so far! Walking works

Honestly just love her PTA, soccer mom, fun elementary PE coach vibes. It makes me nostalgic for outdoor activities in childhood that were led by positive teachers. And that is motivating considering any love of sport I may have had was crushed by aggressive coaches and mean girls on the team in middle school. Hers is the style I need to get off my behind and start moving!

I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended to my by my life coach. I’m 73 years old and I’ve lost 26 pounds and 40 inches (overall) Since the January 25. I switch up and do different videos at least 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. So so glad to have the videos. Our community doesn’t have a gym, but I don’t need one. I love how positive these are!! I'm young but have chronic joint issues, and am worried about being too sedentary. I thought I would have to wade through videos of people saying things like 'feel the burn' and banging on about just how much fat is being lost and 'how slim' it will make you. But I love that Leslie's focus is on health and feeling good!! Even in a 'fat burn' specific video, she mentioned it a few times but never over did it. Thank you for these!!

I started five weeks ago with the beginners 15 minute walk and now I do that as my warm-up video along with the fat burning and abdominal workout. I started these 2 days ago. I know ...I'm a newbie. But let me tell you.. I love this woman's attitude and the class is amazing. All smiling, happy, cheering. It's what I need. I was walking at the park in my city and only my calf was burning... For an hour a day. Seriously. But these videos got me burning everywhere I should be burning. I know it's working. I've been doing this workout roughly twice a day for a month, I reduced my calorie intake but eat whatever I want as long as I stay under my daily calories which is 1,800, and I've lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I only do roughly 30mins a day of exercise which is mostly always this video two times a day

When pandemic started, me and my mom started to follow all your workout and it has been a beautiful journey. I got from 63 kilos to 55 kls. then I got pregnant with my second child now. So sorry about the long overdue update. We can attest this one is very effective and will always be our go to workout when we will decide to do workout again in the near future. 💛

I had to stop every side jobs or hobbies bec. it was very challenging raising two kids with a full time job. I'm coping up and will do workout very soon. Hope you are doing fine too! Hello everyone... I want to tell this to all of you... That in this lockdown I put more weight and my mother scold me to do exercise and she told me to do some exercises but it was so hard... The results also came after a long period of time and I reducednot that much weight then I hate to do exercises..then my sister's friend mom introduced walk at home workout series. I’m 64 years old and I’ve lost 8 pounds September of 2021, I’m proud of what I’ve lost, so glad you have the videos I went to my doctor and he was amazed what I’ve lost. But I’ve been through breast cancer I really do think that chemo and radiation I look places apart my slow weight lost because I’ve been faithfully doing my workouts every morning non stop. @Black Loner94 no diet, just decreased eating, only ate sugar on my cheat days, still ate 100 carbs a day, lots of water, about 16 cups a day, well a little over because I drank a total of 8 water bottles a day

I love these Walk At home routines. I’ve kept my weight down lowered my blood sugar 1 point+ and blood pressure lower than it has been in 2 years. I’m 17 years old girl who weights 76kgs because bad eating habits and PCOS! I always look for a nice workout that would actually help me in losing weight even when I try to eat good but all there workouts were soo hard that I would leave it in the middle and never look back at it again but leslie walk was soo easy! I feel fresh after doing it like not tired! I’m doing the 20 minutes walk for a week and than I’ll definitely go for 30 once I get used to it! Thank you sooo much !

I’m 17 and have PCOS as well! I was 65kg two months ago and since I decided to change my diet into low carb and added exercise I lose 7kg and I’m down to 58kg. Walking after meals really helps!

I've been doing this workout for 5 days now and I feel Amazing ❤️ going to continue for the whole month of July and the rest of this month. ( One like wish me luck). Also I've been drinking apple cider vinegar and water before the workout Edit to January 25,2020 : it went good but then I started skipping days and when I started back school I started eating junk food again and now I’m back at the starting line. The workout is a success I felt stronger and I had lots of energy.i felt a drastic change in my body thx to Leslie. Tips: don’t let anything distract you from your goals pray and meditate either before the workout out or after it really helps.

I just tested it and I walked 2000 Steps my heart rate went up to 125 burned 135 calories and it earned me 5 weight watchers for points 💪❤️ great job , I’ll Do this again for sure .

I have been doing her walks as well and I have exercise induced asthma. I do need my inhalers after about 10 mins or so, then I pause for a minute and start again. She's so energetic and motivating and her routines are different from traditional workout routines which are often not good for your health. I have been following her for a week now and I'm loving it already. Hope to make my lungs stronger!

Actually found this on Roku and moved over to KZbin so I could participate in all workouts with better video quality. 57 years old, Type 1 diabetic, that gained back a little bit of a dad, or grandpa, bod over the last few years after being pretty fit through my 40s. Need to drop about 35 pounds again. Ouch... These works outs have become my favorite. Very upbeat, fun, and gets my heart rate up to fat burning levels without causing a coronary meltdown. Lost 3 lbs in first couple of weeks, so positive results. Whoop!! Thank you Leslie and team.

Leslie’s low impact 2 mile walk saved me last winter. I did it 6 days a week and it improved my balance and I saw improved muscle fitness and general all around fitness. Getting back into it again after a summer of outdoor walking. She is terrific. I’m a senior and it has been very beneficial!

Been doing this for one week, every day. Stamina has increased and it helps me feel better and get warm. Thank you so much. Exercise is so important to reduce inflammation and increase cognitive brain health. 71 years old. Breast cancer and a mastectomy in 2023. Doing great and 2024 will be even better.

You were recommended to me by a patient. I told her i had gained an extreme amount of weight at 5 months pregnant and was getting worried. Just started this video today. (I was dancing and exercising everyday before getting pregnant)Glad i finally found something that doesnt hurt my stomach. And i was able to push through and not get tired 2 minutes in. Loved it!!

I've been doing this excercise twice a day for 6 weeks now. And I'm telling you my endurance has completely improved. Also, my body has toned down and I lost 4kg already (while also eating my daily limit of 1400 calories). I want to lose 10kg total. So 6more to go! This workout is so enjoyable. I would like to keep working out to this video for the rest of my life. Please don't ever take this video down.

Aesha I've been working out to her walk for a VERY long time now, since 2010 and I love it! It's been a minute so I started back to the 20 min video but there is a session that's 45 min, 3 mile walk and it is bomb! Hopefully one day we will see each other on that one soon! Yes! It’s all about being consistent. I did other videos in this series in addition to eating low carb and getting away from sugars and instead using swerve. I wear a waist trainer belt during the workout as well.

Leslie's workouts are great, low impact, Cardio - fat burning routines. I've been walking w/her almost 3 yrs & typically when I see a Dr. the person taking my vitals will ask me "are you a runner?" Because my Pulse/RHR is so low❣😂

You are all awesome!! A new mom and an 80 year old? You are my inspiration! I am nearly 70, keep active by walking and snow shoeing 1--2 hrs/day and by cranking up the old rock and roll (50's/60's ) and dancing like there's no tomorrow. I hope I am still doing it all when I am 80! We've been having a terrible winter with storm after storm. I've worked out to your videos in the past but not in about a year. I have just finished this session and plan to do another one before this day is over. Thank you!!

This is my favourite of all the Walk videos. I discovered them during lockdown in the UK and they allowed me to stay fit, actually get fitter than before! I wish I had found Leslie sooner! Walking is proven to be just as effective as HIIT, without the added stress on your joints, and I feel much better doing this compared to what I was doing before. I've even gotten my friends to begin working out with Leslie. She's perfect for beginners and more intermediate exercisers.

In another video you said "try doing this 10 days in a row and let me know how you feel" well, today is my 10th day and honestly I feel pretty good. I'm super sedentary, usually work 11+hrs a day sitting at my desk, and I've always hated exercise. Found this channel and have loved it, didn't feel like I was dying or gasping for breath like with other cardio videos I've tried in the past. I felt sore the first few days, but not so bad that I wanted to stop. I already feel that I'm not getting as tired as quickly and that I'm able to keep the beat easier. No idea about weightloss because I don't own a scale 😂 but I'm doing this for my health more than anything. Building a habit has always been the hardest part of doing exercise for me but I don't feel the usual dread when I'm going to do these videos because they're short, simple and fun.

I wish I updated at the beginning but here I am, sharing my results now. I started with 80kg. I had insulin resistance, which made harder for me to lose weight. I started with this video. I did it everyday while eating healthy. It wasn't an extreme diet, I just didn't eat things with high glisemic index because of my insulin resistance. 1 month went with this video. After this became too easy for me, I added 1 more 20 minute video of Leslie. Now I am 68.5 kg. I stopped doing it but I will come back at it once I gather myself back. I was 67 but gained weight because I was eating a lot. But thats fine. Even 1 month of going strong was something I thought I would never be able to but I managed it. Sometimes its okay to stop and eat. As long as you come back. I didn't went to a nutrition expert. Just Leslie, my own research about nutrition, and knowing my own body, controlling my health with blood tests. This was all. So you can do it too. Oh, and I break my insulin resistance. @Sanjida Rimu I am no doctor, that is why I recommend for you to see a professional first. But running/walking everyday with Leslie, eating healthy and eating food with low glisemic index helped me. If I REALLY wanted to eat stuff with high glisemic index, I ate in very less amount. Because if you directly cut it off, you want it more. Some healthy things like dried fruits, carrots, bananas etc. Is no good for people with insulin resistance. Because your body can't digest it properly. Every metabolism is different tho, but it was what it worked for me. Ofc drinking lots of water and keeping myself active for at least 20 minutes is very important too. Ingredients like cinnamon, blueberry etc. (I don't remember the full list now) helps you in your journey. (But organic ones!)
