I'm 65 and after a very bad car accident, I now have severe osteoarthritis and sciatica. I'm going to try one mile 3x a week to begin. I watch Leslie and I believe I can do this workout.

Trust me guys her videos are awesome, her exercises are very effective. Just follow a healthy diet and do these exercises believe me you will see the difference. Im saying coz it worked for me. No need to go out for long walks or spend heavy on gyms.

Started doing a 30 or 45 minute video everyday since the start of May and I’m down 10 pounds!!!! Walking has been so good for my mental health and I start the day feeling so bright. Thank you Leslie for motivating me every day 🚶🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️❤️

Na_dIA 2002 I have a tip for you I have been doing weight watchers for let’s say 20 years. Weight watchers works it’s not difficult. I’ve had great results. I am still down the 20 pounds that I lost 20 years ago. This program is fabulous as well. Easy to do and great results. Good luck.

Two miles was definitely a challenge for me. I stumbled a few times but I didn't give up. I feel so good. She is the best.

Also would like to say that i started walking with Leslie occasionally in Dec 2020, then seriously started Every Day In january 2021! I also am doing the fasting. I have lost 10 pounds today!!! and lost 2" in my stomach, which is where i was wanting to lose! I'm very proud of myself. I'm 63, retired. I do 30 minute walk everyday, usually 5 to 7 days a week. I will not stop!! I'm actually trying to encourage my sister to do this. Shes starting out at 1 mile, and will work up to 2 miles.

@@lindajee7938 no specific plan. Just don’t eat breakfast, wait as long as I can to eat lunch (usually 12:30 to 1:30) then eat dinner before 7:00 and nothing after. It’s really hard ar first but your body gets used to it

been walking for three months on June 27! Thank you Leslie u really helped me lose some weight I do 1hr walking workout everyday and I am loving the results already lose 9kgs in almost three months... O do this everyday because of quarantine.. with discipline of of course on what I eat.. I eat light foods at night and only 1cup of rice for afternoon.. I did it guys, I know you can do it too!! just like what Leslie said "we just need to keep showing everyday" love from Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️

I discovered your videos at my local library in 2013, I’ve been walking with you ever since. I had my baby our 4th and last child she’s just turned 2 and gain weight back, so I’m walking again. I was 250lbs now I’m 238lbs still have a long way to go but I’m making progress thanks for the great workouts💕💕💕

I picked up two of Leslie’s videos at BJ’s Warehouse several years ago and have been a fan ever since. I kind of slacked off viewing and it showed. Well, enter COVID-19 and lockdown in NYC, and welcome back Walking at Home videos. I was thrilled to find that there are so many more videos I can walk to via KZbin. Since mid March 2020, I started walking daily with very few exceptions 3 miles at first, and now have added 1-2 miles more. I have lost some weight, but even better, my figure has slowly gotten a trimmer/leaner look. Thank you Leslie for helping me look and feel so much better. We are very close in age and you have become my role model . Nobody should ever feel bad about their body, but you have to take the initiative.

3/10/2023- Thanks for the workout. I've been doing these a while now with my wife. Today, we turned off the volume and found a faster beat on KZbin through my phone. Workout Music Source // Run To The Beat 2 (160 BPM) The beat was a great way to kick this up a notch.

Leslie - Next year I celebrate 50 years with diabetes! My a1c is 5.9. With the pandemic and gym closures, I looked for more indoor work outs on bad weather days and I found you. I love your workouts and now I can run in place for 50 mins easily and normally do 80-90 min work outs inside with you! Thank you!

I am almost totally blind even though I go to the gym frequently. The one thing I can’t do is walk outside by myself. I get tired of biking and doing the machines with a mask on. Did this work out today and it’s a great addition to my walking routine and didn’t need a treadmill. Thank you so much! I could follow along well. Still here Leslie, after a lockdown 18 months. I generally do a 2 mile walk with you every day, and lift a few weights as well, trying to keep well in these weird times. Thank you, I always smile when I work out with you.

I’ve been walking since May 2019 and it is the best thing I have done for myself. No more leg cramps at night and heels spurs don’t hurt. Feel great and look better at 58! Thank you Leslie!

Following my heart attack, I couldn’t attend cardiac rehabilitation due to the lockdown but I have been doing Leslie’s walk program. My cardiologist was quite surprised how strong my heart was and said he couldn’t tell that I had a heart attack. Thank you Leslie for helping my recovery! 🏃🏾‍♀️

Leslie: I LOVE your workouts!!! I saw the first one two months ago; with Covid, I cancelled my wellness membership. I just turned 70 in June and these workouts are amazing!!! I feel so much better with my balance and endurance. So easy and yet a good workout. I can do short videos or longer since I am now retired. Thank you from SD....love this opportunity!

@@blackrecluse4772 I daily walk 10k steps which roughly take 1 hour 40 mins. Mrng 45 mins walk, evening 40 mins walk, nigh after dinner 15 mins walk and daily 15 mins general yoga. These are my split ups. And I don't have any strict diet. Just reduced quantities and had calories defecit. Which is helping me to reduce weight. I don't use any videos to watch and walk. I just walk in terrace for the time mentioned or just in home.

Hi Leslie, I want to say thank you! I started working with a trainer to help build core muscle after multiple surgeries and neck injury and dealing with chronic pain. On my off days I was doin cardio but dreaded the treadmill. So I just happened upon your walk at home. Found how much I loved it and can be done anywhere. Then Covid struck, I tested positive and have been isolated not just in my house but in my room. I have to say it woulda been easy to lay back binge watch shows, but I missed my exercises. So each day since Mar 30. I pushed on and I have done one of your walk at home each day min 30 min.I had a set back. The infection progressed I was not able to do it yesterday. But today I was determined to get my lungs working and body moving. Hoping to get outta isolation and feel better soon so I can complete the 48 min. And I will be checking out your app. So THANK YOU for providing these videos and keeping me motivated and sane during a very difficult scary time. Sincerely, Tara 🇨🇦
