I owe so much to Leslie. I discovered her videos when the gym was closed and I was looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am 80+ and I am able to keep up with the young folks. Thank you Leslie and please make new videos.

Leslie has been so quiet!!! Nothing shows up recent when you do a search. Her husband of a much older age passed in 20 or 21. I miss her but enjoy Nick now. Glad to have found this one also

Thank you for this. A year ago today, I had a major heart attack, with angioplasty following, and then a quadruple heart bypass operation. These videos are so helpful in motivating people to stay on track with fitness. I also go to the gym now, 4 or 5 times per week. Thanks so much!

Dorcas. As a 70 yr old who has done Leslie's workouts for years. I have been away from exercise for a few months and thought I'd try this one to start getting back into it, maybe just do 15 minutes, I've finished the whole session and love it. I will work a bit harder each time before putting everything in to it gradually. What a great video. Thank you

As a long time Walk at Home walker, I wasn't sure where the workouts were headed. I was starting to miss the familiar faces from the past few years. and starting to miss the "family." I'm glad to see Leslie back in any role, and this looks like a great idea. And I suppose I can get used to new faces in the leaders if they make it as fun as this workout is! Doctors and patients! We all fall into one of those categories, don't we? And I notice that there are people of all weights and body types walking, just like there were in the Walk at Home videos from years ago. Everyone needs to walk - this is a great message! Thanks for the new content!

I started walking with Leslie and the gang back in 2003. Carol, Jo, and Mary Kay were part of the group then too. After a short time, I felt like I was exercising with friends. I miss those familiar faces but I know nothing remains the same and I enjoy the current walkers too. I'm hoping Leslie is doing well? Unfortunately Carol passed away some time ago...so sad.

Thank you Leslie for your different class instructors. Good that you have people from the medical field. "Walk with Doc class" Good to see doctors encouraging their patients to walk. I joined these classes since 2020. I work in Bamako Mali and these classes have changed my life. I used to suffer from lower back pain despite doing yoga and other exercises. When I started these classes, I used to just walk outside (good to connect with nature) but I missed the knee lifts, the kicks, the kick backs, the grapevines, the upperbody, the step touch, the boosted walk, arms to heaven etc. Since I started doing Walk at Home videos with Leslie, Kamilah, Rocky, Nadyia and Nick, my lower back pain is gone. I feel good. I trimmed my waist line with those knee lifts and rotational moves. Well done guys. Keep us inspired. Keep us in good health. Appreciated.

I am an old school fan of WAH, I’ve been doing it for at least 15 years. I could not stand the thought of walking with anyone else leading except Leslie, but this girl immediately got my attention and got me pumped! Love this work out, love her confidence and energy. I have been doing these exercises for forty five years and i really miss it if i take a day off ,when my husband was in hospital I did the exercises with Leslie in the morning and it relieves the built up tension ,will be doing this as long as i can and i am seventy five this year

That's amazing everyone should do it daily. Well I am teenager but I feel good doing this. Far better than other difficult exercises which causes cramps and pain in my back & toes. This one is like treatment 😍❤️

This was great. I agree that the timing was off in places in regard to the beats of the music. Leslie always made sure our feet got it before we proceeded.

Came here to say same thing. Very nice workout - good sweat, easy to follow moves, nice verbal cues (she actually reminds me of Leslie a lot!) but it gets really off beat in many places. Thought it might just be me or the video is out of sync with the music, but then it improved for a song or so later (then got out again). I think it happens because of the countdowns at the end of the moves - they don’t match the current foot and a lot of the transitions to new moves start in the middle of a natural 8 count of the music. I know the important thing is to be - and keep - moving, so being on beat is minor, but just thought I’d mention. Glad to read that so many people are benefitting from the workout. Appreciate the content and supportive community!

the doctor's opening statement is so powerful and makes me cry. my dad suffers from heart attack n he had to wear that heart ring. it totally changed his lifestyle etc. probably the benefits of regular, low impact exercise such as walking was not really informed on people so he kinda too late to start walking in his late 60s now

I just did this workout. It is great, IF you do not watch it!! The instructor/leader is NOT on the beat, and the people behind her are all over the place because of this!! It is really distracting. So, do the workout - just walk to the beat and do not watch it!! On a praising note, I really admire the cardiologist who walks with his patients! Wow! We need more doctors like him!!

I completely agree with Debra. It's very distracting to have an instructor NOT walking on the beat. Everyone following the Walk Leader in this video has moments of confusion trying to keep up her with her. She makes abrupt changes and starts new exercises in the middle musical phrases with no warning or demonstration. I'm a long time walker and big fan of Leslie and WALK AT HOME. It's really helped keep me healthy during COVID, and as valuable as this 30 minute workout is, greater care should be taken in demonstration and staying on the beat of the music to avoid injury.

I felt the same way. I just couldn't do the workout due to the timing being off and nobody in synch with the music. Too distracting. I only lasted 5 minutes before I found another workout to do.

I was looking for this comment. It was hard to keep the pace and she changed/started moves mid rhythm. Had to stop mid way, as was getting frustrated. Otherwise would have added this to my workout routine.
