The people making comments about “if linemen blocked like that” are totally missing the point. This drill is simulating having to find the hole because it’s not always exactly where it should be. Weird that people who never played football are even watching this video. 😄

Have one of your friends roll a big medicine ball to the left or the right and then you sprint at it then break down right as you get to it. There is no better drill for it.
