interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about anterior shin splints causes try Mackorny Run Fast Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is a great one off guide for getting rid of shin splints without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got great success with it.

I thought general consensus is that you should foam roll muscles after you have exercised them, not before?

@@dusekdan before to get muscles warm and myofascial tissue broken up and loosened. Can be done after to aid with doms/ recovery. -BS kinesiology

After helps your recovery. You can do it as a warmup before you run but don't do it as much, maybe just a little on your calfs a little try look up your quotation and it'll show you the benefits for both

Shin split sufferers you need nose breathing- antioxidant supplements (quercetin, pycnogenol, astaxanthin etc.), vitamin D, increase nitric oxide levels (drink beetroot juice and take l-arginine, l-citrulline supplements) and at least 2,5lt water a day and maybe wear compression socks. This problem is un oxygenated muscle problem... and than do your stretch workouts. I am not a doctor just a sufferer like you, so before doing any of these ask your doctor if it is ok for you.

You aren't meant to do it on the bone, do it on the muscle next to it or you will damage them even more

god tried to turn us from our sins through many rules but it didn't help so he became a man lived a sinless life like a 'game programmer' enter his own powerful avatar to overcome all the bugs and to save the other avatars in the simulation(or exam for good place) by sacrificing his own avatar to help the other avatars to make through the exam, anyone can posses that power when he/she have fAith in Jesus
