Hey everyone, here’s some good news for anyone that is in need of some positivity. I’ve had pretty much no pain for the last 2 months whilst lifting weights and playing football and tennis. I was in a pretty bad way 7 months ago and the whole of 2019 was a struggle so I’m making no mistake in celebrating this victory.
I talk about all of this in the video posted as well as other things such as falling off the diet, holiday eating, how covid and the lack of medical support has affected me and so on.
