Ah Shalome, I’m so pleased for you, you have done so well!!!! I think most of us can relate to self medicating, whether with food or wine or food AND wine 😂 I think the calm calms from the dopamine released into the brain to give us pleasure. Also stress eating when the kids argue! 🤯😬😂 I think sticking to plan gives us more pleasure though. I have fallen off the wagon the past few days, 4 days late for my monthly and I’ve been craving like crazy and feeling dreadful. Love the NSV and your imagination with the murderer 🔪 😂😂 at least it made you run though! 🏃♀️ 😂 I love seeing your confidence grow each week, well done, those 2lbs add up and it’s pure fat loss remember, other plans won’t give that, keep going 😘xxxx

Falling off the wagon happens to the best of us or so I’ve heard! I feel like we have it quite difficult as women sticking to plan around the time of the month… what a task, so hard! X x

It’s par for the course but I’ve got a stone and a half to go snd I’ve fallen out of the zone this month, some months i don’t feel much different but the hormones and stress has hit hard this month! 😬 holiday in 4 weeks and I wanted a stone off! I will get back on plan tomorrow, stop being lead by my hormones 😂 Hope you have a lovely week xx

@@Shalome_ Thanks Shalome, my first day back went fine, finally got my monthly so the pressure valve had been released!!😂 Thank goodness for the chocolate chewy and mocha bars is all I can say!!!!😂😂

I’m watching your blog from Australia I find I’m now stress eating due to been in lockdown and no work here I have a small business which having to close but still trying to stick to plan , some good days some bad days

Hiya Norah, wow Australia! Thanks for watching! Sorry that your having to close your business, that’s a lot to have to deal with but still trying to stick to plan?! That’s commendable well done! Stress eating is a very real problem isn’t it. One that I didn’t believe existed until my husband lost his job two years ago and we were in financial difficulty. I realised that I had started to stress eat. Also we were buying cheaper food options which as everyone knows are incredibly calorific and packed with sugar. I sympathise with you on this front. I hope your good days out weigh the bad. If you stick to the plan long enough it will just click 😘 I’m sure your drinking plenty of water where you live but I do find that I’m more likely to stress eat if I haven’t drank enough water that day! It fills me up enough to take the edge of. Also Ice has become my best friend during the plan too, I add so much to my shakes and even my water flavouring drinks too. Really filling. Sending a big hug to you! X x

I have done 3.5 stone now I am 58 years old hadn't given up on myself, now absolutely totally loving life. 4 stone is my goal. Step 2 is fab don't worry. 200 cals is only some protein and veg. The Step Up meals you can buy are soooo good. All the best go get it girl!!. Julie x

I too had given up on myself so it’s really wonderful to hear how the 1:1 diet gave you that zest for life back too. 3.5 stone is amazing, I bet you feel great with only half a stone to go before reach your target 💃😍 well done! Thank you for mentioning step two, a little bit of protein sounds good and funnily enough I’ve been thinking more towards it throughout this week with only 1 more stone to go before I start that step (hopefully). Great question! Yes I missed a period the second month! Apparently this is common for being on a low calorie diet. I was a little concerned until I was told this is fairly normal. My cycle returned the third month 😅 Xxx

Hiya, i weight exactly the same today as I did the day I finished. Happily maintaining 😃 yes it’s a good diet but tough in the beginning but If you can get past the first week then that’s the hardest part done. Hope that helps
