Oh my goodness, think where you will be in another 12 weeks!!!! 🙌 I only have the LF shakes as I’m dairy intolerant (but I make an exception for 1 bar a day!)😂 You made me laugh with your blading story, bless you!😂 You are looking fantastic! I even showed you off to my next door neighbour today! I’ve recommended the diet to her and used you as inspiration! ❤️Xxxx

I love the products, I can’t do it without the bars, they keep me on track Shalome. I love my shakes too and they give me lots of energy with the coffee in them! 😂 I’ve always been on step 2 due to medication, you will be fine, it’s only a low carb meal. You will enjoy creating I’m sure! I’m ok thank you, just looking forward to going on holiday now, I’m taking products with me so will do half and half, I don’t want to gain much xxx

@@cherylmoss8564 I can’t do without them either 😂 I’m thinking even when the plan is over I might still have to order some. Smart thinking about taking products on holiday! When I go on holiday I easily put on 7lbs 😩 We are thinking of going away in the next few weeks and if we do I will have to do the same I think. Nothing makes you feel worse then a large holiday gain, well true for me anyway! X x

Congratulations 🎉. Step 2 is fab. The Step Up Meals are to die for!! Best 'diet' meals I have ever tasted. Chilli wedges yum, chicken curry yum..... Other than that I have broccoli with salt and vinegar on it and quorn pieces or the like 200 cals is fine not a complex meal. Gunning for my four stone - 1:1 literally the gift to myself..... “1:1 literally the gift to myself of life”. I absolutely love that Julie! It’s a gift to myself as well! So worth it and it’s only for a small period of time so that you can enjoy the rest of your life in good health. That’s what I remind myself of often. I’m excited for you, won’t be long until your reach your 4 stone I’m sure with that mindset! I’d love to try the step up meals! They sound delicious. I’ve had quorn pieces and kale the last two nights and my goodness I’ve missed eating leafy greens! I love that you put salt and vinegar on your broccoli because I do too! I use to put vinegar on most things as a kid but that’s a whole other story 😂 xx

@@loveandpeace_totheworld oh my gosh so sorry for late reply! I lost 30 something pounds on the 1:1 and then 24lbs after with the knowledge I had gained from it. I highly recommend doing it. The best thing was the trust I gained in myself again to only have my products and stick to them. Before the 1:1 I was eating really badly (lockdown didn’t help) and I couldn’t cut out the snacks 🙈 Hope that helps! Xx

Hi Cheryl! How are you? Did you have your holiday? I’m fine 😀 still on plan! I’ve been so quiet! I’ve started going to the gym. I plan on doing an update video when I get back from holiday. It’s been a little difficult to film anything since the school holidays began. I leave tomorrow for a week to Spain which I’m looking forward to! I’ve missed chatting to you! Xxx

@@cherylmoss8564 fab, I hope you enjoyed both holidays! I absolutely loved step 2. I stayed on it for a couple of weeks and worked my way up to step 4. I’ll mention all of it in the next vid! Spain is lovely so far, we’re having a city break in Madrid and taking the metro to different places each day. I don’t blame you for eating lots on holiday, I’ve realised myself healthier food options aren’t always the most practical ones are they 🤪 I’m not sure what the scales will say when I get back 🤦‍♀️ I’ll cross that road when I get to it xx

@@Shalome_ Hi! I’m ok thanks, still trying to get the last few lb off of my holiday weight but not doing to badly, it’s been very hard getting back into it, I think it gets harder every time! We have more routine now the kids are back at school though don’t we. I am glad you are well and I will look forward to seeing your video! xx

@@cherylmoss8564 I think your right it does get harder every time but it will eventually go! I miss my early 20’s when my metabolism was just as good as my early teens 😅 Anyway Glad your ok! I’ve just started on 1a. Can I just ask if you had any side effects please. I know it’s individual but I’ve heard some people have had their periods stop or become irregular. Did you notice anything like this? I know with any weight loss things fluctuate so I’m not too concerned. Your videos are so inspiring xxx

Hiya Yaz, thank you so much. Yes actually I did skip one period entirely. It was only one but I did get concerned and asked my consultant about it. Apparently it’s quite common with being on so little calories. All the rest of my periods were normal from what I remember. Well done for starting on 1A!
