2 mountain lion cubs rescued before being washed away

Colorado wildlife officials were called to Vallecito Reservoir by a staffer who was about to release water down the spillway where the two young cubs were stuck.

Totally wrong way to rescue those cubs! What if they had lost their grip while being lifted out. Good grief they are only babies.
