2-week-old cougar orphans chirping

Three 2-week-old cougar orphans rescued by the Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife are cared for at the Oregon Zoo Veterinary Medical Center. A permanent home has been found for the trio of cubs at the North Carolina Zoo.

They are just way too cute! I'm sad they lost their mama, but glad they were rescued.

Baby kitties are so cute! I love mountain lions! I used to live next door to a veternarian, and he took care of a juvenile Bengal tiger and a mountain lion. Both were male, the cougar was rather tame, I got to pet him (The mountain lion), scratch behind his ears and rub his stomach, to the point where he was purring!! I tell ya, he was a big suck, and damn cute!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😆😆😆

Yeah mountain lions and cheetahs are actually pretty gentle by nature, snow leopards too. They are only predatory because of the need for food, but if they are reared in an environment with abundant food provided for them from when they were young, they're as easy to tame as housecats. In fact the domestic cat is not actually the product of much selective breeding and is as it was in nature. So wild and feral are really the same thing, and tame and domesticated are really the same thing, when it comes to cats.

@@medexamtoolsdotcom I'm sure you've seen videos of the domesticated couger in Russia named Misha. That cat had been exposed to people since a kitten. Very gentle, obedient and polite. Not nearly as excitable as a dog. Too bad it's illegal to a adopt them under any circumstances in the United States. I'm afraid that a lot of orphaned cougar kittens are euthanized because of lack of room at a rehab shelter.

I'd love to cuddle and kiss them and take care of them, they are so cute, fuzzy little babies, if you sleep with them and show them that you love them, it's natural that you'll Imprint on them, and they'll see you as mommy or daddy, so adorable, they need to be loved and cared, cause they're just babies who need love like all children
