Just had to leave a message for y'all, really enjoy your videos. Your knowledge of machines, diesel engines, etc… is amazing. I was a diesel mechanic in the military. Hated every minute of it, lol. But for some reason, I really enjoy watching other people do the work I hated so much. My cousin had that circle work to a tee when his mum would give him the belt,you used to see him jumping and squealing before the belt would hit him, he didn't feel a thing ,thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones

Old time humor is quite interesting to hear ,as it's what I grew up listening to on radio ,remember a show In Miami,with a guy called Uncle Martin,he had girls with teeth blacked out like they were missing . Some went to hold jobs in TV. after it came to be . One such lady was given a wedding by Holsum Bakery ,at Bayfront Marina ,and cake was about ten feet tall and we stood in line to get several slices after witnessing her vows . Reception was held and Uncle Martin did the ceremony.

I use a bungy cord to hold light tension on a belt so as I get the belt around the next pulley it won't fall off the first pulley. I have changed a belt by using an old rag to pull it on the last pulley, because I could not get my fingers on the tensioner! Even on my old Ford, the power wire is on the alt with a 10mm nut. A hair bigger than 3/8 and two hairs smaller than 7/16!

On some of those machines, not familiar with this one, you can snake the fan built around the fan without taking that guard off, but I’m not sure on this one

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. That took a bit getting the alternator and new belt on. You had a few wiring issues to deal with through. Whoever designed and engineered that mechanical nightmare should be wearing their rear ends for a hat!
