Pshh i throw 7 at a time. Domingo Ayala taught me how to hold 7 in one hand. Works ebvy tiine w/ Color coded balls. I say pink with purple triangles or fusia with green pandas. My players have chronic stress now.

Coach Justin too much talking... The drill is great, and I appreciate it but Justin try to go straight to the point, i.e. don’t need to explain the obvious like get a friend blah blah...just say this is a two people drill. Other than that you are doing an awesome job coach hope you receive feedback
