I am 15 and i throw 70 mph and can hit a ball about 300 ft. Will this workout help me hit 325 or 350 ft and throw 75 mph

If you stick to it for 6 weeks. You will def. Notice a difference! Not sure how much farther you will hit. But you will notice not a little bit but whole lot more. I tried similar workouts to this and people notice my arm strength has improved. Good luck!

Don't know how people can give you a thumbs down. You are very good at presenting The only thing I had trouble with was following you when you're talking way too fast and talking more than necessary. We can't afford to buy any equipment but I have heavy stones.
