Harry, just to correct you, that pork belly is technically called “Liempo.” Lechon or lechon baboy for us, Filipinos, is the whole pig being roasted. If only a part of the pig is roasted, we call it Liempo or even “sinugbang baboy”. Happy to know that you like that Liempo. Yes, I am drooling watching you eating with the boys. Hahaha. Hope you can visit us here in Cagayan de Oro and I will let you taste our delicious whole lechon baboy. Hahaha.

Lechon! The only parts I love are the crackling skin and the meat by the ribs--close to the flavoring--lemon grass, salt etc....varies with the local's taste. I've been to many countries and been to El Nido Palawan. To be honest, the most amazing and romantic sunset I've seen is in Palawan. Everytime the sun sets, it's like a painting come to life. Those different colors flash through the sky is amazing. If I have to buy a beach house someday, it would be in Palawan where I can sit there every day and just simply watch the sunset. I never get tired of it.

The thing about lechon is that it's always best eaten when it is freshly cooked from the grill. The one you had in cebu probably delivered a few hours from the time you ordered. For restuarant it's more common way of serving customers to have leaner fat of lechon to cater people who are health conscious. I think its way better to look for other options to buy lechon in cebu who sells freshly cooked lechon. The one you had in palawan is roasted pork belly and roasted chicken cooked in rotisserie commonly sold in streets around the country. The lechon itself is a whole pig cooked in a bamboo stick and it has different spices and condiments from the ones you had. So every island in the country had it's own varations and different way of cooking lechon.

Hi, Harry and "D' Boys!". Accidentally descended on your vlogging and completely enamored by multiple facets of your activities. First off, I admired the way you show respect to each other. (ie...when one is vlogging, the other two give space not to intervene.) You guys are together, and yet separately doing your videos. It sure shows your unique individualities. Another thing that impresses me is your way of exploration without a female companion. You are fully free to roam around and do as you please without any distraction, hindrance, and any heinous control that diverts your activities.
