Hi Maa Asalaamalaikum can you give full details of the odu seasoning because after roasting rice you not mentioned the further process and any place in Nagercoil from where i can the odu thattu because i live in Chennai and I don know if will get here,, waiting for your reply

Wa alaikum salaam. After roasting the rice you can use the odu. You can also use egg shell to wash the odu.Rub the egg shell on the odu and wash it with water thoroughly. It’s ready to prepare Ottappam. You can get the thattu from anywhere that you get earthen pots from. You will get it in Chennai too.
