The teen CAN give it up, they have to check with the partner and if they agree they can do it. The child has to be an infant though not a baby

I have a question. Do the pregnant bellies in the teens appear with the Woohoo Wellness Mod or is it some other mod in conjunction? Because my teen sims don't get a baby bump.

It's all body type. If you set their weight slider higher the bellies will be bigger. Teens are by default skinnier than young adults so the bellies don't show.

It works well. When you download the mod, you'll download the "normal" file, and remove the risk and protection files from the mod folder. I haven't had any issues!
