2 Railroad Crossings Of The Same Descent

Both built before the idea of CSX or SQSC, these two crossings were installed sometime in the late 1970s/early 80s under the ownership of the Louisville & Nashville. These historic crossings stand the test on time on a shortline and a class 1. However, progress is inevitable and CSX is in the process of removing of the historic L&N crossing in Cowan and replacing it.
