When this was released in Australia, there was a television commercial promoting it along with the figures. A scenario was acted out where the Klingon came onto the bridge with a phaser in hand. Of course, Mr Spock came up behind him and gave him a Vulcan neck pinch and he fell to the floor. Kirk thanked Spock and Spock replied 'It was nothing, Captain'. I wish I could see that commercial again. But it long gone...

I had this playset as well. I spent many hours lost in wonderful adventures with these action figures. It was my favorite Star Trek set. The only thing I never understood was why the designers didn’t make much effort to design the bridge aesthetics to look like the TV show. The colors were weird. Nothing like the show. The captain’s chair, and helm/navigation control console were light blue. Huh? Why?? Was it copyright licensing? The action figures and their uniforms were accurate but their phasers and tricorders were that same weird light blue. Again, why? Anyway, very cool to see this set again. Brings back cherished memories of my childhood. Thank you.

Love the Bridge Playset. I owned 2. The first one eventually wore out. I wish I had never gotten rid of the second one. I had the yellow helm console and the blue/ green captain’s chair.

You stand at the door of the Monastery of Trek. From behind the door you hear the chants echoing off the stone walls. "Star Trek...Star Trek...Star Trek...Star Trek...Star Trek...Star Trek...Star Trek..."
