Great video! But in regards to giving financial advice, how do you protect yourself?

I’m not your lawyer, but if you don’t give investment selection advice and you don’t call yourself these the wrong name, you’re able to give quite a bit of perspective. All the tax and budgeting and future value stuff isn’t really regulated - it’s selling advice for investments and selling securities and selling insurance.

What did you say if people asked “Are you a CPA?” Did you have to explain what an EA was or said you’re a CPA firm since your partners were CPAs?
