Two San Jose police officers were injured, one critically, after a shootout Thursday night in the city’s Santa Teresa neighborhood, according to the police department. Bob Redell and Ginger Conejero Saab report.

33 yo Kevin Angelo Briones. Not sure what 'protected group' means, but this pos apparently felt the need to protect himself with a stolen 9mm handgun. Rather to violate a restraining order against some poor woman and her 3 kids who were staying at the motel. Society needs to be protected, justice must be served.
