Yes it does work for me. Runs smoother and I get slightly better fuel consumption.

Glad to hear it works for you. It is especially useful to run with the cheap winter fuel they have up here in Maine.

Walmart Super Tech marine outboard two cycle TCW3 oil about $16.00 a gallon. That will be good for 640 gallons of gasoline. 1oz per 5 gallons 128oz per gallon x5 equals 640. Yes.😁

This improves ring seal and I have noted increased power in my ATV and dirt bike. I have also noticed it helps reduce corrosion in the carburetor due to e10 fuels.

The biggest issue is people not using the proper mix ratio. It is very miniscule compared to actual 2 stroke engines. It definetly has benefits, and I never had any problems with my Jeep while running it.

@@overlandadventuresoffroad2078 I should have mentioned I'm using the 1oz to 5 gallons in 4 stroke atvs and bikes not 2 stroke

@@shoes121255 Correct, that is what this video is about. 1 ounce of TC-W3 Marine 2 stroke for every 5 gallons of fuel on a 4stroke engine.

That is why remove ethanol from my fuel for small engines

Interesting video thanks . I have plenty of normal mineral 2 stroke garden oil ,can I use in my gas fuel to lubricate the system ?

I do the same thing. Does your crankcase oil also stay clean with no carbon ? I also remove all ethanol from my small engine fuel

Walmart is the cheapest place to buy oil. If you don’t see it with the other oils go to the sporting goods section. Walmart Super Tech oils are as good as any.

I run SuperTech, I just got this at a discount at Advance Auto. I run Supertech in both of our vehicles. No issues and the WJ is over 220k miles now.

@@overlandadventuresoffroad2078 I been doing this for years in my vehicles. Always passes emissions inspection with my high mileage vehicles with no problems. You wouldn’t know my vehicle is running at idle.

@@arthursmith643 Yep, I think its one of those things that not many people know about but is super helpful. I need to get back into using it, havent the last several thousand miles, but now that winter is here in Maine the gasoline is worse than normal.

Google Been Testing oil and read the article written by Sarge. He and his team did the testing and writes about the results

Why not add much more, like, say, 2%?
@judgestacker947211 ай бұрын
Cost effectiveness. It saves me a measurable amount of gas on every fill up. (More than enough to offset the cost of the oil) but I have found that going richer than about 1oz per 4 gallons dosnt yield any additional fuel economy.

@@judgestacker9472 how high have you gone? Ever hit 1.5%? Any dangers to look out for?
@TelmoMonteiro4 ай бұрын
@@SalveMonesvol With high percentages of oil in the fuel (supposedly more than 0.2%) some catalytic converters may not like it very much, or cars that have oil consumption already, because if it does not burn completely in combustion chamber, it will burn in the catalytic converter and make it very hot. Also, EGRs may become problematic faster. Both of these problems apply more in engines that run a lot of short trips.

I got an 01 Corolla with about 330k miles on it and burns about 2 quartz a week. I'm about to just start putting 2 stoke oil right in the crankcase so I don't have to clean the sparkplugs as much. Lol

You an also toss in a can of Engine Restore. It fills in the scratches inside the cylinder to help stop burning oil.
