Every miss a player makes , there's someone a table where it wouldn't have been a miss😂.

These last couple videos are awesome my man! It's a great resource for ballparking table condition behavior from one room to the next. Also...the 7 rail kick shot is a bit of a red flag for me. As you've well documented, speed is a huge factor in ball trajectory, and I'm not really sure you're hitting all these balls the same speed. Also, with so many rail contacts in 1 shot, wouldn't speed just be a multiplying factor? If there's a way for you to prove you're always hitting at 17mph (as an example), then we'd really have a mystery. Take it from a guy who obsesses over breaking. My max break from day to day, let alone hour to hour is going to vary based on how my body is feeling. Some days, it's 23mph, some days it's 27mph. I'd be willing to bet that 4 mph difference changes some of the cueball paths. Also, I recon the type of cloth slickness, thickness, and type of slate changes the jump shot height more than anything else.

Thanks! Those are some good break speeds. I've improved quite a lot, but I've only moved from the teens to the low twenties. There's definitely a high degree of variability in terms of the human input in all this, but I shot each climate many times and tried to pick what looked the most consistent for each. For jump shots I never thought of slate thickness, but that is definitely a good theory. But I can't decide if thin slate would make it springy for more height or would thick slate be better. Not sure I'll ever get around to testing it but something to think about.

Great video. Curios question here if you don't mind. Regarding HOT and COLD, what temperature range are you in when comparing HOT vs. COLD? Also, what humidity levels are you in regarding DRY vs. WET?I ask because I have a newly clothed table with Simonis 860 and would really like to know what temperature and humidity would be best for my new cloth. Thank you in advance!

These were in the first video in the series, I think cold was around 65 F, hot 80 F, low around 40%, high closer to 80%... if I remember correctly.

Hot & wet really puzzles me. On one hand your test shows that rolling ball is fast but on the other hand, when I'm trying to draw in this conditions it feels like playing in the mud and balls barely move. Subjectivity, dry feels like a fast table to me and wet is slow.

Here's my guess. For the max rails test, wet wet ran long because maybe the humidity grabbed the first rail or two, and it added a bit of hop. This would allow it to run further, but it is so subtle I'm not sure. But I agree that overall wet feels slower and muddier.
