2 तरह से बनाये CHOCOLATE Muffins

Ingredients
Maida - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup ( if using any sort of chocolate, otherwise use 3/4 cup sugar)
Coco powder - 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Salted butter - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Any chocolate of your choice
